Svetlana: Viktor, I don't know what we're going to do. We've lost a soloist to San Francisco Ballet and a principal to American Ballet Theatre. And then of course, our prima ballerina retired. Our season has started and no progress is being made on our nest production. Is disaster!
Viktor: Is not disaster. And I've already decided on 'Don Quixote' as a good change from long run of 'Giselle'. Is new beginning, only.

Viktor: Is big surprise... The roles may not go just to our company members. I have decided to let a few last-year academy girls audition as well. I hear they are doing extremely well. Hear me out. The company has become stiff and unfeeling. The students shall bring some youth and fire back into this place. Is good idea, no?

BalletBear, I just wanted to thank you so much for making that picture it literally brought me to tears. No one has ever done anything like that for me before and it means so much more than you know.
