Steven Universe Goes to School!

Steven`s first day.

Steven zipped his Cheeseburger backpack shut. School was in the morning and he didn`t want to miss it! He closed his eyes, and fell asleep.

The next day Steven ran down the steps and stared at the breakfast the Gems had made for him. There was one plate fulled with fruit salad from Garnet, a pack of chips from Amethyst, and pancakes from Pearl. Steven ate his breakfast, then he grabbed his Cheeseburger Backpack.
"Bye guys!" Steven said.
"Bye." The three Gems said in unison.
Steven ran out of the temple. He was going to the same school that Connie was going to. He ran to "It`s a Wash!" because his dad agreed that he would drive him to school.
"Hey dad!" Steven greeted.
"Hey shtoo-ball." His dad responded. "Guessing you`re ready for school?"
"Yep!" Steven replied.
Steven climbed into his dad`s van. He placed his backpack next to him. His dad started the car and drove toward Connie`s house. They were going to show them where the school was.
"So, you got to tell me how well you first day goes once your done. Remember, it`s always okay to bail."
"Fatherly advice understood. Thank you, dad!" Steven repeated the same words he did in Space Race.
After a while, they finally reached Connie`s house. Steven and his dad waited in the van. Finally, the house door opened and Connie and her mom came out.
"Hey Steven!" Connie said as she ran out of her house.
"Oh. Hey Mr. Universe." Dr. Maheswaran said. "You just need to follow me."
Dr. Maheswaran`s car pulled out and Steven and his dad followed. Steven just couldn`t wait until he got to school!
