Mimi's Life at Home

Intro - This bit is fiction, but this is happening to people out there. FYI, it's supposed to be done in a diary format.

26th September
Mimi's diary
Did I mention why my name is Mimi? My mum thought of it before she...you know, went. Moved on. Passed away. Mum's name was Maggie. She was so pretty, deep brown, waist length hair, and these fabulous chocolate brown eyes. No wonder my dad was so in love with her. He was so sad when mum died. He earned lots from his job, but he drinks it all. He said I'd understand one day.
He's never at home any more. Either at work or at the pub. I am left looking after my adopted baby sister Lauren, and my seven year old sister, Meggi. She looks just like I did when I was little.

1st October
I felt awfully dizzy when I got home from school today. After I picked up Meggi from school, and Lauren from Nanny's, I started to cook some bacon. I felt really hot. It must of just been the bacon cooking, I thought. But then I started to feel dizzy, the world swimming around me, I couldn't see, I couldn't breathe. This was the end...
