@mamma.mia honestly it’s just as simple as eating less and moving more lol. luckily i live in a walkable city and have access to fresh produce and healthy foods so getting my steps in has been easy. i hardly eat processed food anymore. once i stopped eating it i stopped craving it. before i would be craving like, hot cheetos but now im like damn gimme an apple See More 😭 it was a really unexpected change but that’s what happens when you alter your gut's microbiome. i also do some weight training bc building muscle boosts your metabolism and some at home pilates routines on my yoga mat. eating lots of protein and fiber keeps u full and also helps with your metabolism. but also it’s important to have a little treat now and then to keep you from binging. im eating some kinder chocolate rn. as a treat :3
