First encounters

You slowly opened your eyes to see the faint light from the whole above you. How you got here? You don't remember. Why you are here? Let's find out! When your eyes got used to the dark you got up and looked around, golden coloured flowers with crystal white middles were softly layed upon the ground. You smile at them grateful for their assistance of not letting you get hurt in your fall or worse...you brush down your clothing and runs your finger though your hair clearing out the petals. You stood yourself up and slowly walk though the underground slowly until you come across another golden flower, but this once is...different. It had a face. Your eyes widen as you study this flower. When the flower notices you it smiles. "Howdy!" It says in a happy high pitched voice. This surprises you as you was not expecting the flower to talk to you. "I'm Flowey. Flowey the Flower!"
"Hello..." You say cautiously. "My names __" Flowey nods understand before studying your face.
"Hmmm...your new to the underground, aren'tcha?"
"You could say that...
"Golly! You must be so confused!"
"I am! I heard a story that monsters lived down here..." You saw Flowey twitch slightly but he kept the same smile on his face.
"Someone must teach you how things work around here!" He says brushing off your last statement. "I guess little old me will have to do" you smile kindly at the flower and thank him.
"Ready?"
"Ready!"
"Here we go!" Flowey appears in front of you and looks at your wrist. "See this heart?" He asks. You look at your wrist to see a heart tattoo...strange. "That is your soul," Flowey continues. "the very culmination of your being!" You stare at the tattoo in amazement. "Your soul starts off weak, but can grow strong if you can gain a lot of LV" you look down at Flowey again confused.
"Excuse me?"
"What's LV stand for? Why, love, of course!" Your purse your lips into a 'o' shape. "You want some love, don't you?" You nod and smile brightly. "Don't worry, I'll share some with you!" Flowey winks at you pulling a face as white sparks illuminate around him. "Down here, love is shared though...little white...friendliness pellets" he says shifting his eyes. You notice this and nod brushing it off. "Are you ready?" He asks. You nod. "Move around! Get as many as you can!" The pellets move towards you and you touch on for it to give you a shock.

You gasp and hold your hand in pain before looking down at Flowey. He had a demonic wide smile on his face. "yOu IdIot!" He says his high pitched voice now sounding menacing.
"F-Flowey?" You question
"iN tHiS wOrLd, ItS kIlL oR bE kIlLeD!" You back away slowly.
"hOw CoUlD aNyOnE pAsS uP aN oPpOrTuNiTy LiKe ThIs?!" The white sparks circle around you taunting you. "DIE!"
"No!!!" You cry as the sparks close in on you. You hear Flowey's laughter as you close your eyes and prepear for impact...nothing happened.

You open your eyes to see the sparks have disappeared and Flowey has a confused look on his face. A bright flame comes out of the darkness and zooms towards Flowey knocking him away from you. A white female goat/cow figure walks in front of you glowering at Flowey.
"What a terrible creature, torturing a poor, innocent youth..." Since the monster taller then you, you were intimidated and stand backing up until you touch the wall. Her eyes wonder to yours and she smiles warmly with clear eyes. "Ah, do not be afraid, my child" she says in a soothing posh voice. "I am Toriel, caretaker of the ruins"
"__" you say your name almost like a whisper. Toriel sees your distrust and continues to speak.
"I pass though this place everyday to see if anyone has fallen down. You are the first human to come down here in a long time"
"I...really?" You ask leaning in a little. Toriel nods happily knowing you no longer fear her.
"Come! I will guide you though the catacombs"
"Alright" you say making your way towards her.
"This way" she says before gracefully moving forward. You follow her noticing she keeps her eyes on you but not I a creepy way, you find it more comforting more then anything, as if she's guarding you and showing you out of harms way.

You notice the ruins and how it looms above you gloomily but you still feel safe with Torial. You are ready for the next chapter.
