Saving Sisters

Running through the forest, I felt the red curls slowly falling out. I knew I should not have left them alone, but they were so happy to see me leave on my first date. As I ran through the forest, I smelled the sweet but bitter aroma of human blood mixed with what smelled like my sisters' blood fill the air. The smell made me thirsty and hungry as I stood in front of the bodies of humans. They were not dead but knocked out. Looking at the house, I felt the sad bitterness of the house. With my fangs inching out of my mouth, I planted my fangs into ten of the soldiers' neck. Their blood tasted hateful and cold. The others I just broke their necks. Running inside the house, I made it into the infirmary. Luna's and Krista's semi awake bodies were laying on different single beds. My anger began to rise as I saw blood staining the covers. Holding Luna's hand, Hale kneeled beside my bed. On the other side of Krista was Reyes reading a history book on powerful vampires.

"How could y'all let this happen!" (Me)
"It was a surprise attack. Krista tried to protect Luna but was too slow." (Lucas)
"They were humans!! Bullets should not hurt them as bad as it did!" (Me)
"I think they had something on them." (Reyes)
"Sabina, stay calm." (Kat)
"How can I stay calm! Two of my sisters are dying!" (Me)
"Yelling will not get them better." (Sebastian running through the door)
"Are they dying?" (Jasper)
"Yes, but there is a way to stop it." (Reyes)
"What is it?" (Me)
"Sabina, since you are the strongest vampire, your blood has enough healing power to heal them." (Reyes)
"How is that possible?" (Niles)
"Sabina has drunk a lot of powerful vampire blood in her life, and a combination of her blood and powerful vampire blood has infused into dangerous but powerful blood." (Reyes)
"What do you mean dangerous?" (Silvia)
"Sabina will you explain." (Reyes)
"It is time for all of y'all to know. My father is a powerful vampire, and my mother was not a vampire. She was a strong demon. The reason Krista and me are not demons is because children inherit the father's appearance more; however, I was the only one to receive any of my mother's demon powers. That is why my blood is so dangerous by itself, but with the vampire blood I have drank it is more powerful." (Me)
"Wow. Why didn't you tell us?" (Aurora)
"I did not want Krista to know why she is not strong as me." (Me)
"Why is she not?" (Sebastian)
"I um kind of drunk it out of her when she was passed out when she was younger." (Me)
"Why would you do that?" (Kat)
"Enough small talk. Let me give them my blood." (Me)

I walked between the gap of the two beds. Letting my fangs out, I cut both of my wrists and placed the bloody wrists to their mouth. When they smelled the blood, their fangs pierced my skin. Looking at Krista, I saw her purple eyes widen at the sight of her sucking my blood. I showed a light smile and looked at Luna. Luna's little eyes were closed as she sucked. Their fangs continued to suck the blood until I noticed their color of their skin containing more color. Pulling my wrists away, Krista and Luna glared at me with strange eyes.

"Sabina! Why did you let us suck your blood! How did it make us feel better!" (Krista)
"Calm down. I will explain. Everyone can y'all leave the room while I tell them some things." (Me)

Everyone walked out of the room and shut the door behind them. Pushing my back to the wall, I slid down the wall and sat on the floor.

"Y'all sucking the blood was the only way to save y'all. With my original blood from mother and father and the blood from the vampires I have sucked, my blood was able to heal you." (Me)
"Will my blood be able to do that?" (Krista)
"No. I know you are going to ask why. The reason you do not is because I sucked it out of you. I am sorry." (Me)
"Why would you do that! Mother is dead, yet you still think you need to protect me! I am strong enough to handle anything." (Krista)
"If you were so strong, why were you laying here! I did not want you having the blood every vampire wants." (Me)
"Can you guys not fight?" (Luna)
"I am sorry, Luna." (Me and Krista)
"Yay! When can I get up? I want to go outside and play with Hale." (Luna)
"Y'all just get some sleep. I will be back later." (Me)

Smiling at the girls, I walked out of the room and starting going to my room. When I was about to open the door, I felt someone sitting on my bed. Quickly, I opened the door and saw Sebastian laying on my bed. His red hair spread out on my pillow while his legs and arms where spread up. The button up shirt he was wearing was unbuttoned and falling on his side. Staring at his chest and stomach, I saw his pecks and his six pack wide open.

"You can stop staring at me now." (Sebastian)
"Oh please. You stare at my breasts. Can I not stare at you?" (Me)
"Well right now I can not stare, so you can not." (Sebastian)
"But you are showing yours off, yet I can not stare." (Me)
"Oh shut up and come lay down." (Sebastian)

Rolling my eyes, I walked to my long, wide bed and laid beside Sebastian. The sun beams from my window hit our bodies and radiated off our pale skin.

"Did you have fun?" (Sebastian)
"Let me see. I had to save my sisters from a near death experience. Does that sound fun?" (Me)
"I meant our date. Did you have fun?" (Sebastian)
"Yeah. I did. It was fun to go out during the day with you." (Me)
"Good. Why didn't you tell me who your mother was?" (Sebastian)
"It did not seem important to me." (Me)
"You are a hybrid vampire. You do not think that is important?" (Sebastian)
"The only thing I got from her is her power. That is all I wanted." (Me)
"Was she that bad?" (Sebastian)
"Yes. I was happy when she died." (Me)
"How did she die?" (Sebastian)
"Father and I killed her." (Me)
"How many people have you killed?" (Sebastian)
"I have been alive for a long time, so I have killed a lot of people." (Me)
"Why have you killed so many?" (Sebastian)
"Protect sisters, father's orders, trying to fight me, thirsty, and just a few more reasons. I do not like to, but it is a part of the vampire life." (Me)
"Do not kill anymore unless they threaten you. Sometimes you have to let other people protect you besides having everyone depend on you to get their dirty work done." (Sebastian)
"Thanks." (Me yawning)
"If you are tired, lets go to sleep." (Sebastian)

Then, Sebastian lifted his arm up for me to get closer. At first, I hesitated, but I went into his warm embrace. My bare pale hands pressed against his shirtless chest. Slowly, he laid his hand on my back softly and held me tight. For once, I felt relaxed in the warmth of his arms. Baring my head into his chest, I closed my eyes and let my body go numb.
