House Relays

It's February!! Valentines day is coming up. I can't wait! Today we had house relays. The black team won! The 8th graders were doing the basketball part of the relay. Each person from each of the 3 rows had to dribble the ball to the basket. They only had one chance to shoot the ball. Mrs. U was one of the teachers that had to do the activity with them. When she dribbled the ball over to the basket she shot it. She missed. Then one of the 8th graders from the red team shot the ball and it hit Mrs. U right on her forehead. Everyone started to laugh really hard! It was hilarious! Mrs. U kind of wobbled a bit, but she's alright now. Before, when I was coming down the stairs to get to the gym when the black team was called, I almost bumped into Ethan. I was so close. Ethan and I made eye contact when that happened. I quickly turned around and ran down the other stairs. I accidentally left Ava behind. I kept looking back to see if she was somewhere behind me. When I did, Ethan was standing right there. When I did it the fourth time he finally looked behind him. I hope he got the reason why I was looking his way.
