Day 4

The storm finally quit. I think that I can see the island. “BAM!" Something odd hit my boat. The scary part is: I don't know where the thing that hit my boat is. I hope I make it to the island. " SMACK!" It hit the boat again. I see two freaky spine-type-thingies in the water.  They both hit my boat at the same time, and my boat sank! There I was, surrounded by freaky creatures that had destroyed my boat. I grabbed my journal, and swam for my life. I was about three yards away from the island, when I felt something touch my foot. I wanted to see what had touched my foot, but I was too scared to look back. Just then, one of the creatures grabbed my leg. I tried to scream, but I couldn't. The creature pulled me underwater. I struggled, but I couldn't escape. Right when I was about to give up, I remembered that I had a knife in my pocket. I grabbed the knife and stabbed the creature that was holding onto my foot. It let go and let out this really loud noise. I swam toward the island. The second creature chased after me. It grabbed my foot, but this time instead of trying to drown me, it pooled me out of the water. There I was, staring at the monsters face. It was humongous! It said something that I couldn't understand. It said,"Boak duoe eap!" I stared at the monster unable to move. When I was close enough, I stabbed it in the eye. It dropped me and screamed. I swam away as fast as I could. When I made it to the island, I fell over because I was exhausted. I kept on thinking about those monsters in the water. I wondered if there were also monsters on the island. I decided that I was going to sleep on the shore just in case there were monsters on the island.

I wrote this two or three years ago, and it isn't the best of my stories, so if you want something (hopefully) better written, you should read "The Elementals - Dragon Fire." I'm glad you liked it, though.
