Incorrect
If your bodily functions stopped during a sneeze then everyone would drop dead the second they did so due to the fact that our bodies are reliant on most of the functions that are in them. The myth about the heart stopping with a sneeze is untrue as well,
"When you sneeze, the intrathoracic pressure in your body momentarily increases. This will decrease See More the blood flow back to the heart. The heart compensates for this by changing its regular heart beat momentarily to adjust. However, the electrical activity of the heart does not stop during the sneeze"
So in all actuality nothing stops in our body, it just tenses up and or slows down

All bodily functions stop when a person sneezes, just for a few milliseconds. So every time you sneeze, you are dead for a little bit.

He mentally high fived himself, and grinned. His shoulders relaxed and he sighed. "Ve....all right, that's all I wanted to know." Feliciano went over to the other side of the bed, and helped her get the covers evenly onto it. He kept his mouth shut for a while, not daring to speak again out of fear of going on another rant over nothing. His mind raced with thoughts though, thinking about lots of random things. Mostly about the past and his friends, due to him talking See More about them. Probably too much, he hasn't really given her time to just sit and enjoy the silence. Now he felt a little bad about that, but returned to the flash of the past. Remembering some pretty nice things, like when he and Germany first met, when Japan became their friend, when France had a Christmas spree of trying to get as many inappropriate content as he could. When America gained independence, when Holy Roman Empire went off to war, when Japan locked himself away for a while to recover from.....
When Grandpa Rome disappeared, when Prussia's nation dissolved and he was in constant physical pain for a few years, France dealing with the death of Joan, when Spain tried to get rid of his brother in trade for him, the Black Death.....
While he was thinking all of this, he didn't notice his physical movements. He stopped moving for a little bit, hands still grabbing onto the sheets. Though the grip on them became so tight that the whites of his knuckles were shown. His eyes were filled with tears, and he started to tremble. Of course, he had no clue that he was like that, as thoughts were racing through his head faster and faster. Remembering the past, remembering too much. Too much.
Feliciano excused himself, and rushed out of the room, and slipped into the nearest open door he could find, and slammed the door shut. It ended up being a restroom, and he collapsed on the ground. Once he fell onto his elbows and knees, he ran his hands through his hair, and opened his eyes. The room was black, due to no windows being inside of it. He couldn't see anything, but he could feel the tears steaming down his face, and some falling onto the ground. What has he done. What has he done. He's taken in another human, and yet...he knows what's going to happen. He knows. He's seen it too many times. It's happened too many times. His heart was twisting, and he was having trouble breathing. Falling to the side, the poor personification curled up and hid his face between his knees. How could he bring another human into his life and forget about the cost? Forget about the pain he's going to go through? Will his heart fail again? Will he just stab through it to mask the pain away again? Will he go through cardiac arrest again?
How could he get attached to another human, how could he let himself go through this again? He was getting attached, and she was going to leave one day. And no matter what, he would never see her again.
