**Witchcraft is a practise, not a religion. So, there are many witches who come from many different religions. The term "witch" has a complicated history, but using it to refer to anyone who works with the metaphysical is relatively recent. So, no, the witchcraft I refer to does not got against Abrahamic religions.**

Religious witches best root their powers in a god or even multiple gods. Whoever or whatever religion, that is where they best work their magic.

Maybe you even move around through different religions working with different gods (this is fine, so long as you do it respectfully. If a deity or religion is claimed by specific ancestors, you may be required to go through certain initiations by their descendents in order to work with their ancestors).
