Thanks for your opinion. odds are it would never end up on a shelf in a book store. That would be an impossible dream. I am writing a novel. probably will not get published. suggestions? Question: would you like to read the story?

I'd find it interesting, but if you're writing a book for real (as in, writing a novel that you hope to publish and market), then I would advise you to keep it to yourself or close friends and family. But don't let my opinion stop you or anything.
