Just had sports day and now I'm exhausted over 300m sprint and gotten last which is 5th place and couldn't hardly breathe after the sprint and got a really bad sun burn on my top arms and upper part of my back and now I'm selves concise with it

Wow! I'm in Year 9 and this boy in my Art class is 6'1! An inch taller than my 16 year old brother who just left school :-O and I'm only 5'1!

Where we are, we have a heatwave. But it isn't so great 4 this week because one reason is that I had P.E outside, and another reason is that we have got Sports Day on Friday ?
I live in England as well and it was 30 degrees, I thought I was gonna die in this heat ? why don't the heatwave start in the summer break where we can choose 2 stay in?
