The creator of the video is Onision. And that really didn't tell me how it's "fake". And he really wasn't making a "joke" out of it. If you've seen other videos of him relating to it, he tells them that they need to seek help. And gives reasons why cutting is ridiculous. I mean, if you watch it and relate it to real life, yes, it may be exaggerated See More a bit, but that's pretty much how it is.
