Like?? I was vibing and making friends in jail, I was prepping myself to be in there for the long haul. I'm not as weak as she thinks I am. As fūcked up as it sounds, I was even relieved to be in jail cuz that gave me an excuse to not be in contact with See More her. It was nice finally kicking it and talking with my cousin yesterday. She confirmed that my mother is in fact batshit crazy and I don't have to feel guilty for not giving into her demands to leave my life and partner behind in order to go back to living alone and miserable with her

Okayyy, so, I'm not gonna explain much cuz I don't wanna risk interfering with the case.
Essentially, I was charged with misdemeanor soliciting and distribution, which is a total infringement of my 1st amendment right.
I've got a civil rights lawyer who has eagerly taken up my case. Hopefully, when we take it to a federal court, it'll help the ongoing fight to protect mine and other Americans' Constitutional rights.

That's fair literally I feel that some laws are just too strict and they need to focus on the people who are causing actual problems or are doing something that could hurt someone or that are hurting people.

@jetblackraven Lowkey, it is def ironically funny. It was a fŭcked situation, but I'm able to relax a little cuz I'm fortunate enough that my partner has connects with civil rights lawyers and activists and they're working on helping me work on a lawsuit. It'll take years tho

Honestly, I personally disagree with the entire "justice" system. Most people I know have been to jail/prison either because of petty charges, falsified charges, or simply because the system refuses to work with them.
