Reminder that Mangione's case is still ongoing. His rights were completely violated, and the police absolutely used intimidation to keep him in place. They then proceeded to take his belongings and search them (without a warrant and while also claiming he had not been detained) out of sight for 10 minutes (plenty of time to plant evidence).

An activist and member of AIM, Peltier was (and likely still is) dedicated to fighting for Native American rights. While there was little evidence and Peltier denies having killed those two federal agents, he had still been incarcerated, likely due to trial misconduct.

But personally, even if he had been the one who had killed them, I don't consider it unjustified. See More

To clarify, they are aiming to remove trans people from the civil rights act. This would make it legal to deny trans folks loans, housing and even jobs.
This would be removing an entire class of people from the civil rights act... The government can't be allowed to just pick and choose who's rights to protect
