I saw something a while ago that made me want to talk about this.
You should never, ever make fun of a fear someone has, even if it seems stupid to you. It's called a fear because it scares them. It physically terrifies them. Even if it's irrational, that thing can really scare a person and you seriously have to respect that, no matter what your opinion on it is.
Like, I am absolutely terrified of big dogs and people have made fun of me for that. Just because you're not scared See More of the thing, perhaps you even like it, does not give you the right to joke about someone being afraid of it. People are scared of all kinds of things - and we can't control it. There isn't really much we can do to stop being afraid of something, we just have to accept it.
I hope that none of you ever have and ever will make fun of a person's fears.
