We Meet Again

I still lain in my victims bed, starting at the ceiling.

Deep in thought...

About life.

'What's it really worth? I guess I'll never know...'

Then I heard a tap on the window.

I cautiously stood and peeked out the corner and saw a silhouette of a man.

I raised an eyebrow and looked at him slightly confused.

Then he had opened the window and entered the same room as I.

I grasped the handle of the box cutter I was using.

"There you are," he said in an entertained voice, "you move quite often don't you?"

I backed into the wall close to the light switched it on, revealing his features.

Mid-length brown hair, paralyzing blue eyes, and pale skin.

"Who are you," I asked keeping my hand on the box cutter and eyes on his.

He started rubbing his eyes, "damn...that light is bright!!"

I chuckled in amusement and he looked over at me with a twisted smile, "oh...my pain is entertaining to you?"

"Could be," I said chuckling still.

"Hmm...well...I'll keep that in mind," he said slowly getting used to the light, "I'm pretty much nocturnal so...this hurts like hell."

I shook my head in amusement and turned off the light.

He sighed in relief, "much better."

"Tell me who you are," I said moving my hand from my box cutter.

"I told you it was a secret," he said chuckling.

I then raised an eyebrow, "so keeping me in suspense is entertaining to you?"

"Yep," he said chuckling.

"Well...I'll keep that in mind," I said chuckling as well.

He smiled, I swore I saw him smile.

I then felt a jab at my heart without any weapon...it was as if his knife were his eyes.

He then looked at me with his head tilted, "you alright?"

I snapped out of my thoughts and felt my face get hot, "yeah..."

He then chuckled and rubbed my back, "I'll see ya later, corpses don't really smell the best in the world."

With that he came out of the window he had first came in.

I stood there and leaned my back against the wall...almost in shock.

'What the hell is this?'
