Remedies for Depression

You know those days when you feel down in the dumps? Or maybe those times when you hear your parents fighting and you're depressed? Read this story for my remedies.

METHOD #1

1. Get any of the following:
a. gummy worms
b. ice cream
c. a cupcake

2. Sign in to Netflix.

3. Binge-watch your favorite show (y'know, that show that you're always telling yourself "I really shouldn't watch any more..." )

4. Eat the food you got.

5. When you run out of food, get more.

6. Cry as much as you need to.

7. Repeat steps 1-6 for as long as you want (or until you are feeling better)
