1. Get any of the following:a. popcorn
b. soda
c. chips
2. Open up your computer.
3. Look at funny memes and videos.
4. Eat the food+drinks you got.
5. Look up jokes online.
6. Watch hilarious cat videos on Youtube and try not to laugh.
7. For each link or meme you click, imagine another chunk of your sadness floating away.
8. Repeat steps 1-7 for as long as you want (or until you feel better)
