There's a lot to talk about regarding this, that I needed another chapter for it.
This next topic may go into touchy territory for the people who do this, but it will not affect those who do not do this.
And that is something I call the "Canon Change".
The Canon Change is the name I have given the situation where an OC is paired with a canon character, but the canon character's personality has completely changed and will only care about the OC they are paired with.
I added this specifically because I know for a FACT that there are some people here who do this.
I can understand that it's difficult to keep the charm of the canon characters, so we need to research the canon characters personality more, so only then we're able to.
Hell, I had trouble trying to be a few canon characters for my friends here.
If you are one of those friends reading this, please understand that I found it hard to get into their role, so I apologise for being super crap as the character.

Anyway, back to this.
I think a lot of you know people who have done this, but never even apologise if they mess it up. It's like, it's intentional.
And my God I hate when this happens.
