We Are Soldiers!

In a world where danger lurks at every shadow, can these cats survive? Humans have begun capturing cats and doing experiments on them left and right. Ina (Chapter 6)

Ina (Chapter 6) ~~ Normal P.O.V. ~~

After the little incident with the originals or rejects yesterday, Lyna overheard that the humans had captured more cats. As soon as she was given the info she ran through the tunnel that was connecting the camp to the city and hurried to the lab, the place where humans kept the cats. She quietly entered the lab through the crack in the wall and looked around for the cats that had been captured. She only saw one when she entered a room. There was a small she-cat laying down. Lyna knew that the cat already got the shot since there was lightning sparking from the cage like an electric fence. Lyna knew the small she-cat had lighting powers then.

Lyna quietly padded over to the cage. "Hey... Hey small cat. Wake up." Lyna whispered. The small she-cat stirred and opened her eyes. Her white eyes.

"W-who are y-you?" The small she-cat asked. "I'm Lyna and I'm here to help you," Lyna said quietly and smiled at her. "Who are you?"

"I-I'm Ina..." The small she-cat, Ina said. Lyna noticed that Ina was a small she-cat with a galaxy pelt and white eyes. Lyna smiled as Ina shut down her powers so Lyna could get her out.

~~ Ina's P.O.V. ~~

After Lyna helped me out of my cage we then slipped through the crack in the wall. I guess that was how she got in. How'd she know I was here though?

"So they got you two, huh?" Lyna sighed. I nodded and followed her to a tunnel. She jumped into the tunnel and nodded for me to follow. I followed close behind her as we traveled through the dark, but short tunnel. I soon saw light up ahead. Lyna and I jumped out of the tunnel. I looked around. I saw many cats that were like me. They all had powers too. Some even had wings and sharp fangs.

"I hope you'll like it here, Ina!" Lyna said smiling brightly. I shyly smiled back and a few cats came up to greet me. I knew I was an unusual looking cat, but there were others that seemed more unusual than me and they were all so nice to me. It almost brought tears to my eyes. No one has ever been so nice to me before.

I know that I'll like it here. Everyone seems so nice and I've already made a lot of friends the second I got here.
