Avatar: Legend of the Twins

Twins

The twin Avatars were named Charlie and Phoebe as those names seemed to disguise them best. Phoebe was the oldest, but she didn't look like it, and Charlie was the younger brother. They grew up in a small bungalow with the White Lotus watching out for them, until they were at the age of seven.  These Avatars then lived together without anyone to look after them. They would each do different chores and once a week a member of the White Lotus would visit them. Charlie and Phoebe attended normal everyday school and classes, they lived on what used to be Ember Island. Now the Island, like the Avatar, was forgotten by many. It also had a new name, Jersey. In what used to be the Earth Kingdom, which is now called America, a place called New Jersey was named in remembrance.

By the age of eight these young Avatars started their training and it was found out that they each could only bend two of the four elements. Phoebe could bend water and air whilst Charlie bent earth and fire. Like all past Avatars they both had the ability to go into the Avatar state but only on one condition. If they both touched each other whilst in the Avatar state then they would both be obliterated and cause a massive explosion. This was why they only trained in the Avatar state alone. Because they were twins and had powers unlike normal people, Charlie and Phoebe decided that it was best not to mingle with any other kids. They would go anywhere and everywhere together. Although they both seemed alone the twins both had animal guides as well Charlie had a tiger-bear called Sabre. The face of a tiger, paws of a bear, skin of a tiger and roar of a bear. Phoebe had a cheetah-wolf called Hinata, face of a cheetah, skin of a white wolf, tail of a cheetah and paws of a wolf.

These twins could be the strongest Avatars yet, but they would have to fit into society whilst keeping balance in this new world. The government considered it a myth. The people didn't even know who was protecting them. And yet these Avatars shook the world on its very foundation.
