The Proposal
"What is your name human?" the demon spoke.
She didn't know how to respond. This demon was the one that had killed off so many innocents. Elora imagined stabbing his heart out. That would end the massacres.
"My name is Elora." she answered, giving him a look of hate.
"What an uncommon name. Elora, why is it that of all of the humans you are the only one not running around in panic?" the demon asked
"Why should I run away from a bastard like you?" she answered defiantly.
"Because I am your worst nightmare." With that the demon advanced towards the kids.

The human looked at him with so much loathing. There wasn't a trace of fear on her heavenly face. She was a girl with a pure soul. Not even a trace of darkness in her. Roy had to do something about her fiery spirit though. He wouldn't allow any one to call him a bastard. Then he remembered the children. If he killed them, her spirit would become wounded. He moved forward to where the children stood. Their souls would be quite weak, but it would harm the human girl's soul. Roy brought out his claws, ready to strike down and bring an end to the kids pitiful lives. He swiftly dived towards where the kids were. As he was about to strike a child, he felt pain in his chest. It took him some time before he realized that there was an arrow shot through his chest.

Elora stood still. How had she been able to harm the demon? When the demon had advanced, she had spotted a bow and arrow underneath some rubble. Her body had moved on its own. She had grabbed them both and quickly shot the demon. The arrow had gone through it's chest. The demon now stood motionless. Elora knew that it wasn't dead. But she didn't know what it was thinking. His face showed no expression. Elora looked at the kids. She ran and pushed them all underneath the stage.
"Now kids you have to stay here, and keep quiet at all costs. I have to go back out side." Elora explained.
"Where are you going miss?" the kids asked
"I still have a demon to destroy." and so Elora stepped outside and closed the door behind her.

Roy was perplexed. Not once in his entire lifetime had someone harmed him. No one had even come close enough to touch him. All this time he had been untouchable. But now he was finally wounded. He was finally in pain. Had it been a terrible powerful demon that had harmed him. No it had been a human. A tiny weak human girl. Roy tried to blame it in his guard. Maybe his guard had been down when she had struck. Except that it hadn't been. At that moment he had been listening to everything that was going on in the zone. He had heard the last cries of some weak angels. The panic stricken shots of some worthless humans. He heard the blood dripping from thousands of decapitated heads. He even heard and saw the flames that were destroying the place. But that girl had come out of nowhere. She had suddenly appeared and shot him. Now she had taken the kids inside the stage. She came back outside shortly afterwards, pointing her arrows at him. But this time she wouldn't harm him. He dissolved the putrid arrow. His wound healed in an instant. Then he ran towards the girl. He had grabbed the Elora by her neck. One snap was all he needed to kill her. But he didn't.
"Tell me Elora, how were you you able to shot me? Roy questioned
"Why should I tell you demon?" she demanded
"Because if you don't the blood of those children will be on your hands" he said, as he started to make the stage collapse. Elora looked on with fear. Could something truely be this heartless? To kill so many children without any reason. He looked at his red eyes. His horns. His smug smile. He was truly heartless.
"Demon I don't know how I did it, but please don't harm the kids" she pleaded
So even the girl didn't know. But he had to find out how she had done something so powerful. How had she, a human, been able to cause him harm? He had to know.
"You can still save the children Elora" he said
"How can I do that? How can I save those children from you?" she feebly questioned.
"It's easy. Just make a deal with me...."he said as he wickedly smiled
