The Encounter

Roy walked around a city. There was a lot of loud chaotic noises here. It remained him of home. He had to take a break from killing he decided. They were close to finding him, and he didn't want them to find out who he was....yet. But he had also come to a realization. It had become a routine to kill things. As soon as anyone heard that he was near, they tried to attack him. Killing angels had become a bore. Humans didn't even make him want to fight. He wondered if maybe it was time to go back to the Underworld, forever.
"As recent reports are being made, we now know that there is a killing machine on the loose. Nobody has been able to find or tell the authorities about this unknown creature. Even the angels have come up and confessed on not knowing the attackers identity. All we know.." Roy started to drown out the sound of the store's T.V. He continued to ponder of what to do, but then the T.V gave him the answer.
"Since the reports of killing were increasing the Angels have come together and they have decided to make a safe zone for some of us humans since we are unavailable to do much . Angels will be there around the clock, protecting this safe zone. They will choose the very best humans to go to the safe zone. They will bring a list from the heavens and protect does peoples. So everyone pray to god that you are one of the chosen. And may the lord have mercy." the report ended there.
So, a place full of angels huh? That could be a challenge. Roy smiled. Ah, there it was the feeling of adventure. He had missed it. Off he went in search of this "safe" zone..

"No outsiders allowed" Those were the signs that were all around this safe zone. She hadn't really wanted to come. All the rest of her family had not been chosen. She had been the only one. She had cried as her mother begged her to go. There was an ache in her chest. She didn't deserve to be here, there were thousands of other people that deserved to go. When the angels had come for her she had tried to run away. But they had captured her. They had told her that she would be necessary in the near future. Now here she was. Alone, and sad.
"Okay, listen up, you thousands of people have been chosen to live. We will do everything we can to protect your destiny. Please always follow the rules and...." She drowned the Angels voice out. They had brought them to a huge stage. She didn't know how they had built it. Thousands of people were gathered here. It took her a while until she heard the screams. Then everything went out of control.

This was disappointing. He had imagined the "safe"zone to be more glamorous. He had expected the highest ranking Angels to be guarding the gates. But there was only newbie Angels here. He had quickly eliminated half of the angels. They had never stood a chance. They were so weak and pathetic. Then there was the humans. They were all running around panicking. He let his beasts take care of them. He flew around the fortress. Tearing the heads off the angels that came across his path. Then he suddenly came to a stage. This was different, one human was not running around in panic. Instead it was leading small children underneath the stage. He was even more surprised when the human was able to scare away one of his beasts. He had to meet this human.
"What is your name human?" the human looked at him with surprise. She was a human girl. He continued to look at her. Her expression never showed fear. It only showed, hate, and sadness. This was one interesting girl.
"My name is Elora"............
