Goodbyes and Explanations
I ran into the Artemis cabin to everyone packing up. Everyone's eyes went straight to me, but only one pair of eyes mattered. I leaped to Evie, and we collided into a hug. We held each other so tight, that we could've squished each other."You're okay!" she whispered.
"Yeah I am. Are you?" I whispered back.
A tear escaped from her eye, and she wiped it out of the way. "I don't think so, but I will be, losing a fellow Hunter, but I'll get over not seeing you as often. I just want you to be happy, and now I see that you are, with him."
I nodded. By this time we were both in tears, hugging each other.

I said my goodbyes to everyone. By the time I was finished, we all were about balling our eyes out. They were going to round up the recruits an dthen leave. But I had to finish things with Adele, because she was probably curious on what her ancestors were like, so I had to tell her.
-
The Aphrodite cabin were saying their goodbyes to her as she walked out the door.
"Adele!" I called.
"Oh, Hi Mia. I heard the news, that you're no longer a Hunter."
"Yeah, I'm not, but I believe last time you asked about Gloria and James, and you didn't get an answer," I said.
She nodded.
"Well, here it is: I dated James for a few months, but when the war broke into our town I found out he was dating Gloria. All of our mothers were captured. I ran away from James and Gloria, and turns out they got married, and obviously, you're their heir. So, in short, they were backstabbing cheaters, and Evie will probably hate you because you're related to them. Have fun as a Hunter!" I told.
She was astonished. I was too, since I'd never done anything like that. I ran to the Hephaestus cabin without saying another word to her, and I just laughed. I guess you do new things when you're brought with new chances.
