The Pink Diamond Theory
What is it?: It is a theory stating that Rose Quartz is Pink Diamond.Right Now, Do I believe this is true?: No
Evidence of it being true: In "Sworn to the Sword", a pink diamond is seen with all the other diamonds. Pearl said that place was where some of the first battles for Earth took place. But in "Jailbreak", you can only see three triangles, that form one big triangle, hinting that something must of happened to the pink diamond. That Pink Diamond could`ve been Rose Quartz. She might of lost her title because of the rebellion. Also, in comparison, her Gem looks darker, more like a pink diamond gemstone than a rose quartz gemstone. Also, on most of Rose Quartz`s stuff, like her flag, her room when the door opens, her shield, and her scabbard, have a triangle on it. Hinting that once, she could`ve been a part of the Diamond Authority, until she became a rebel. Finally, when Pearl puts on her spacesuit, there is a Pink Diamond right where her star should`ve been.
Evidence of it being false: I can`t even think of any real evidence that is a counterpoint to what I said about it being true.
Do I believe this theory to be true?: Yes. There is overwhelming evidence of it being true.
