Early that morning I was sitting in the Grove next to lake Drema when Aragorn sat down next to me. He looked out at lake and then turned his gaze toward me."I saw you and Eva yesterday," he said with hope in his voice.
" Yes, we went for a walk and I taught her how to use the bow. It was nothing," I told him trying to stomp out his hopes for my happy ending.
"It didn't look like nothing," he snapped back catching on to my tone. Eva then walked into the grove and looked apologetic at us.
"My apologize my Lords! I will leave you be." she stuttered and curtsied. She started to leave the grove but Aragorn stopped her,
"We just finished. Please," he said motioning to his seat and left. She looked longingly at the seat but didn't make a move toward it.
"Please sit," I said kindly and that appeared to what she was waiting for. She sat down next to me and we talked for the better part of the afternoon.
"I must go my Lady but I will meet you here again tomorrow before sundown," I said taking her hand helping her to her feet.
"Till then," she said and walked away with the wind blowing her hair back from her shoulders.
