I watched her struggle for a good twenty minutes when I strolled over to help her."Like this," I said as a adjusted her arm on the bow so she could make a good shot. I fixed her fingers and her shoulder so they looked they way they were supposed to. "Just relax and let the arrow and the bow do the work. You just have to aim and release." I whispered into her ear remembering what my father said to me. She took at a deep breath and released. I watched the arrow fly and hit the middle of the target just like my did.
" Yes!! I hit it!!" she squealed and jumped into hug. I reacted instinctively and hugged her back. She pulled back with a look of horror on her face. "I'm am truly sorry my Lord! I don't know what came over me." She stuttered out as she looked appalled at herself.
"Calm down. You made an excellent shot and I do believe that earns some gloating." I explained. She stilled looked uncomfortable but I smile played at the corner of her lips. A shadow cast across the grove and she rushed away.
" I'm sorry! I have to go but I will see you tomorrow. Right?" She asked rushing off.
"Of course!" I yelled after her. I looked down at my hands and sighed walking away to my chambers.
