Moving on

Moving on
I woke up to the sound of trucks and men moving furniture. Xavier was up before me and he was looking out the window at the movers. I sat beside him on the window and put my arm around his shoulder. Allison woke up and sat beside Xavier and I. 'Just the three of us.' Xavier said quietly. 'Well, what do you want for breakfast?' Allison said after a while. 'I could make us some toast?' Xavier suggested. We all agreed and went downstairs in our pajamas. 'Morning Ms. Reynolds.' Said Allison to a somewhat gloomy Nancy Reynolds. 'Morning guys.' She said taking a sip from her coffee. 'How about you get dressed and I'll get you breakfast.' She said getting out of her seat. 'Thanks mom,' said Xavier.

'Oh and your dad asked if you'd help him decorate his new apartment?' She said pretending not to be sad. I could see it in her eyes, I just wanted to give her a big hug. 'I, um I..' stuttered Xavier. 'We'd love to!' said Allison butting in. Xavier smiled at her. Allison almost never seemed to get awkward in situations or nervous for the matter. We got dressed quickly and ran downstairs to the smell of toast. It was quite well prepared considering Xavier's mom almost never cooked.

We were just finished our toast when Bill Reynolds walked in. 'Nancy.' said Bill. 'Bill,' said Nancy. You could cut the tension with a butter knife. 'Well kids are you ready?' Said Mr. Reynolds. 'Yes Mr. Reynolds!' I said. 'That's too formal, call me Bill,' He said casual smiling. 'OK Bill,' and we were off. It took less than half an hour to get there. He said the apartment was at the very top story. And that's all I remember! I woke up in a hospital bed at nine o'clock. My mother said I fainted and that Xavier and Allison just left. They'd been by my bedside most of the day. This is why I love them.

Nice story!
And proper grammar, for once! (some stories... '-_-)

Yeah but sometimes I make mistakes on purpose, to phrase it as an average teenage girl would.
