Frost kept running, faraway from home.She looked up at the sky, the sun was darkening and was ready to retire for the moon to take over.
"It's almost dark..." Frost stopped running, she was exhausted from running all day, her body was begging for rest, but her mind declared a new life, a clean slate for all the trouble she caused throughout her young life.
She had to find shelter before dark, she looked around and saw a white little ball of fur, must have been an animal asleep.
She got closer to it and noticed it was Cocoa.
She hugged the polar bear cub.
"It's you, it's you!" she exclaimed happily.
Then her ears perked hearing footsteps approach her; it was the cubs' mother, Willow.
Willow looked at Frost questioningly, as saying, "what are you doing here faraway from home?"
Frost just smiled and crawled into their large den to finally sleep for the night.
Back at the kingdom, a search party was organized and searching for Frost.
Winter cried into her husbands shoulder.
"Please, let our daughter be okay..." Aster embraced his wife tightly, fighting his tears back saying, "I shouldn't have been so hard on her, she is just a kid."
Snow went back to the saddened couple with a frown.
"I'm sorry but we must continue our search tomorrow, it's too dark out."
Aster's facial expression turned serious.
"She is our daughter! She has to be found! The search must continue till she is found!" he barked at the guard.
"You guards need your rest, go..." Winter reassured Snow as he left.
Aster huffed and walked back into the palace with Winter.
Frost was curled up by the family of polar bears, tossing and turning in her sleep.
She was having a nightmare about the even that happened earlier today back at the palace.
She cried herself to sleep and all she hoped for was morning to come. But for now, sleep was the top priority for her. Sleep...
