All The Things That I've Done PART 2 // Reylo
"Ben, I love you but your hair is a mess," my lips always curl up into the stupidest smile when I'm around Ben, it's almost embarrassing but I don't dare hide it. I jump up on my bed, standing on my knees behind him, working the brush through his ebony locks. He lets out a sharp breath.
"You love me?" his looks upwards, so he can see me. The darkness of his eyes wildly contrasting with the spark within them. His voice is deep, smooth. It vibrates through my whole body, leaving me staring for a few moments, comprehending what he said. As I part my lips to reply, he looks back down again, allowing me to continue brushing his hair. My heart thumps in my chest so heavily that I can feel it in my fingertips that clutch onto the hairbrush. "Rey," his voice is slowly becoming intoxicating. I place the hairbrush down next to me, faltering for a moment as I reach back up to his now smoothed hair. He stands. His frame is easily double the size of mine, maybe even triple. He shakes his head softly, sending wafts of his scent throughout the entire room, before sitting back down. "Come here,"
I used to be so adamant that I would never give this man anything, but as he motions towards himself, all I can do is oblige. I wrap my legs around his wide torso, resting my body weight on his thighs. My lips linger near his, remembering the kiss that we shared earlier on Exogol.
"Ben," I whisper against his skin, my breath hitting his cheek. He places a hand on the small of my back, pushing me further into him to the point where our torsos are right up against one another.
"Rey," his voice, his scent, his presence... it's enough to make my head spin. Carefully, I trace my fingers up his toned arm, going past his shoulder and reaching the nape of his neck. He gasps softly, his face burying into my neck, pushing my hair back. At this moment, it feels as if nothing else in the world exists. Just us. He whispers my name into my neck, but his voice cracks halfway. Almost as if he got choked up. His lips leave a small, soft kiss on my skin, before he reels his head back, making sure his eyes catch mine. The spark in his eyes fades. "How can you forgive everything I've done?" his voice is sharp. Almost reminiscent of Kylo, but behind the sharpness of his tone is a feeling of pure sadness. "I've killed people, ruined people's lives," his eyes widen, growing darker and darker, searching mine. I take in a deep breath, my hands trailing up his neck and reaching his face.
"I could never forgive Kylo Ren," I begin, making sure he listens to every single word. He studies my eyes, eyebrows furring. "I could also never, ever be upset with Ben Solo, for he has done no wrong," his face softens, leaning into my hand. His eyes immediately spark, before being clouded with tears. My head moves down towards his neck, my lips pressing gentle kisses into his warm skin. His grip on me tightens, pulling me even closer which I didn't even think was possible. Knowing that he's studying my every movement, my every thought and feeling, I smile against him, leaving a trail of kisses up his neck and face before finally our lips softly meet.
"I love you, Ben."
