The Great... Sans? (Underswap! Sans X Reader)

Your CURRENT Predicament

Rubbing your sore face, you continued along the trail trying to shake off your embarrassment.

After you had fallen down, Papyrus had laughed his bony ass off at you as you tried to pick yourself up. It was an unpleasurable experience to say the least.

"you're so lazy! you were napping all night!"

You quickly snapped your head up at the voice, could it be...?

"I THINK THAT'S CALLED... SLEEPING."

"excuses, excuses!"

Yep, it was definitely Sans

You smiled wide at the thought of seeing the adorable creature again, and you quickened your pace, practically running alongside the trees.

Reaching the clearing, you see Sans and Papyrus standing across the lot, bickering and spouting angry puns at each other. (It was actually a very humurous sight, lol)

Sans quickly noticed your presence and turned toward you, hands on his hips and his smile wide.

"(Y/N)! so you finally arrive!"

You laugh slightly as a pun pops into your head, "Sorry I took so long, the trail was quite ruff."

Sans has a shocked look on his face, most likely he didn't expect your pun, but he suddenly started to crack up, Papyrus soon following after. After you three had finally calmed down, Sans continued on with his monologue.

Wiping a tear from his eye, he says, "my brother and i have created some puzzles in order to stop you! and i think you'll find this one, quite shocking!" He snickered at his pun, though it left you slightly confused.

"for you see, this is the invisible electricity maze!" He stretches his hands out inn front of him, gesturing toward the empty space in between you two. You clapped your hands causing a light blue blush to coat his cheekbones.

"Very impressive!" You compliment.

"thank you (Y/N)!" He exclaims, puffing his chest out, his eyes forming stars, "when you touch the walls of this maze, this orb will administer a hearty zap!" He takes out an orb from... somewhere for you to see. You 'awed' at the gesture.

"sound like fun? because! the amount of fun you will probably have! is... actually rather small i think..." He states while putting the orb back, a small frown forming on his face. "okay, you can start!"

You were confused as to how you would be zapped if you didn't have the orb, but took a step forward anyway. As soon as you took your step, Sans was electrocuted in a comical style. You place your hands over your mouth in a mix of amusement and shock. But mostly it was concern.

As soon as it was over, he began to stomp his feet and yelled, "papyrus! what did you do!"

Papyrus chuckled a bit before replying, "I THINK THE HUMAN HAS TO HOLD THE ORB, BRO."

"oh, right!" Sans quickly made his way through the maze towards you, his stubby legs and feet moving very fast and unintentionally leaving behind footprints. Once he was in front of you he handed you the orb.

"here you are (Y/N)!" You thanked him and he quickly made his way out and instructed you to go again.

Following his footprints, you too made out of the maze quickly, and before Sans could mutter a word of shock, (lol, unintentional pun), you say,

"You know, that puzzle was watts of fun!"
