Qfeast Academy

Chapter 1

I walk through the huge open gate, and take a deep breath. It's the start of another school year at Qfeast Academy. It's exciting to get back to school, but also kind of scary.

I have to go to the Announcement Hall. Before the holidays, Qfeast told us to meet in there on the first day back. I'm worried about who I will be rooming with. What if it's someone that I don't really get along with?

When I get to the Announcement Hall, it is crowded and noisy. All the Qfeasters are talking about what they've been doing over the holidays. I can see a lot of people I know. I can see JackieTheHedgehog and CamilleTheHedgehog14 talking on the other side of the room. I see JeweledOwl812, MockingjayDistrict and CrystalDiamond2323 huddled together in a little group.

Then, out of nowhere, SydneyRosaRenee pops up behind me.

"Hey, MikasPrincess! Guess what I got over the holidays?" she says excitedly.

Then she pulled a big fluffy kitten out of her suitcase.

"Aww! That's so cute. But I thought pets weren't allowed in the academy." I say to her.
"Qfeast will never find out. I just couldn't leave him at home on his own." Sydney told me, cuddling her kitten.
"Okay, then. Just as long as you hide him very well." I say with a laugh.

Then she went off to show her kitten to everyone. I tap my foot impatiently. When were the dorm rooms going to be revealed?

Then TheDoctorsQueen came running towards me.

"Hi, how were your holidays?" she asks me.
"Good. How were yours?" I reply.
"Good. I spent most of them watching Dr Who, though." TheDoctorsQueen says.
"I went to this cool place where they had a huge shopping centre and a beach." I tell her.
"Cool." TheDoctorsQueen says.

Then she goes off to talk to JeweledOwl812.

How much longer? Qfeast should be here to tell us who we're rooming with by now.
