Josh's POV

Everyday. Everyday it's the same. Go out get some stuff run back. Over and over and over again. And to top it off I have to do it all myself. With no "Oh thanks Josh. We know your putting your life on the line so we can eat for another day". No I go out and come back and then we eat no thank you. And then Cora does the same but she gets a thanks. Oh and then there's John giving me a death stare everyday. He's even doing it now. That's it! I stood up and walked right up to getting right into his face and yelled "Hey have you got a problem!?". It was a moment of a stand off as we stared at each other.
John finally spoke up as the others started to come over "Yeah now that you mention it I do" he back off a bit.
"Well what's that then?" I stood there with my hand by my leg were my Deagle was.
"The fact is your cocky and stupid" He told me. Really you want to play those cards? Fine lets go!
"Oh am I!? Well how about this?" I stood up right and stared right at him "I do everything for this god dam camp. In fact who was it that saved all of you!?" I started to look around me. "Oh yeah. Me! I am the only man who is managing to stop this apocalypse from happening!?" That's my card played. I spun on my heel and walked to the gate "I'm leaving this hell hole" I said as I opened the gate. I walked out and just like I left. I was done with all of them. I started to run and i went into the forest.

I was sat in the tree that I gave Cora that gift.
Speaking of the devil "Whats gotten into you?" I turned to see Cora stood in a tree behind me with her arms folded.
"What so your going to lecture me now?" I turned back and looked out over the city.
"Yeah I am and if you don't like it I'll just wait till you do" I turned to see she was now sat in the same tree. I spun around and looked at her.
"You want to know? Fine." I gave in she wasn't going to leave so I had no choice "I fed up with breaking my back for them. I do 90% of the hard work and the riskiest too. And what do I get. Nothing. Not even a simple thank you" she looked at me and we had a stand still for a second.
"Josh your the only one who doesn't give in to anything" I looked away for a second "At least that's what I thought" I looked up at her. How dare she after all I have done for her!?
"Are you kidding me?! How would you feel doing what it is we do everyday with no "Oh Josh need a hand this time" or maybe "Oh thanks for feeding us every day Josh" I never get anything over than death stares from John. That's it!" I was sick of talking to her. And to think I liked her. I stood up and jumped of the tree.
Oh and she had to follow "You know we are thankful!" she said a the rain started to fall. "We know what you do!"
"Ohhh just stop. Just stop right there. You know Cora i would have thought the girl who I set up a birthday for in the middle of a apocalypse would cut me some slack" The rain was getting heavier and was about done with this.
"Don't you dare go there with me!" She turned and looked away from me. There was a long silence between us.
"You know Cora I liked you. In fact I liked you a lot. But I'm sick of this!" She turned and looked at me for a second when I said that.
"Y-you had feeling for me?" She acted like I didn't make it like look I didn't. I just nodded and she walked to me. We looked right at each other for a while.
"Now I think I need to g-" She cut me off again but not with a hug. She straight kissed me on the lips wrapping her arms around me. I pushed her off me and looked at her. "It's to late for that now Cora." I turned and ran off without looking back. I had to start again. And I was going to make it count.
