Stranded
My friends and I took a plane ride over the desert island Kikiwawa, since we had won the school contest for best-written story. As we were flying overtop of the island our pilot ran into some turbulence and lost control of the private plane. It took a nosedive and plummeted toward the island.
After falling for about a minute, our plane crashed into the top of the trees. All around us you could hear the snapping of branches and the frantic beeping of the plane’s dashboard. After we cleared the canopy, there happened to be a gigantic on the ground, and our plane was heading straight for it. My friends and I all scrambled toward the back of the plane to get as far from the rock as possible before we hit it.
BOOM. Impact. We are all thrown from the plane and into the trees. HISSSSSS. The plane is on fire! We all scramble away from the plane seconds before it blew up. Almost all of us had survived. The pilot had been thrown from the plane and landed on his neck. It immediately snapped. But besides the pilot, there were no other fatalities. Only after hearing a moan of pain coming from Addison’s direction, did we realize that upon impact she had broken her leg.
