I Ain't Marrying Yet
The last day of the month had ended. And the princes were coming for the ball. Well, the 1st of our 6th before *HOPEFULLY* graduating. But the thought of some random 15-year old picking her to marry him....one, that's totally unlikely. And second...she wanted to find love for herself. Again, if that was even possible. But it was a requirement for the Princess Academy. What were her friends thinking now? Her sister doing? Her parent's busying themselves with? Well, she would text all of them. Excpect for her parents...they weren't that far into technology. But just as she took out her phone, the princes arrived, one after another. Each one was wearing a white dress coat, detailed with gems and other mismatched items. But all of them looked well groomed, like they had always been princes, and according to Mrs. Vavoo most of them had been. At least, half of them. But I didn't want a snobby real life prince. HA! Who did? But she wanted to connect with whoever ended up being her husband. Husband. Husband. She rolled the letters on her tounge. It was almost crazy.
But she has never said husband before, never, not even while describing Marian. But not everybody could say certain stuff. The time had come. Choosing who they would be married too. Or more like being forced. But what did it matter? Either way she would detest whoever she was paired with. Or not....A handsome teenage boy (15 or 16) walked up to her, smiling. "May I have this dance?" and my whole world changed into brighter colors...brighter than ever...and for once, I think I had a chance at romance.
