Scootaloo's Surprise

"Ok but be at the barn, don't disappoint Scootaloo."

"I won't Dashie, and Scootaloo will be super happy."

Rainbow kisses Soarin on the cheek, "I hope training doesn't go late." She lied.

"Dad your leaving for training, but dinner."

Soarin hugs Scootaloo, "Kiddo ill meet you at the farm fr dinner I promise." Scootaloo looked at him and he sighs, "Cross my heart and hope to fly, stick a cupcake in my eye."

Scootaloo smiles and hugs him, "show em who's boss dad."

He nods and flies off.

"We have 20 minutes till we leave, what do you wanna do?"

Scootaloo shrugs, "I donno, usually I'd do crusading, follow you or go round on my scooter."

Rainbow smiles, "well lets set up your room."

Scootaloo nods then they head to the spare room, "now Squirt, we will have two beds in case you have any Pegasi friends come over."

Scootaloo nods, "ok mum. Why's better bunks or two single beds?"

Rainbow is silent then replies, "two beds but so that if you want bunks they can be positioned that way."

Scootaloo nods and they make her room, "looking good, lets go to the farm now."

Scootaloo nods and they fly off to the farm.

"Howdy Rainbow, may I be one of the first to congratulate ya. you must be happier then Big Mac when he pull the sled."

Scootaloo trots off and nearly bumps into red delicious, "woah there little missy, you new to the family?"

Scootaloo smiled at the pale yellow colt with blue mane similar to Mrs. Hearts, "oh no I'm not part of your family, I'm Appleblooms friend, Applejack is letting friends join to celebrate Mr. And Mrs. Apples Annaversery, Mrs. Apples birthday, and today my mother adopted me."

Red delicious smiles, "well that's great news, after all the apple moot is: family comes first."

Scootaloo nods and carries on her way, she enters the barn, "hi Big Mac parties looking good."

Big Mac turns and nods, "eyup."

"Need a hand?"

"Umm." He looks up, "eyup." He then points to a hook on the ceiling, "Can you fly up there and put this light on it."

Scootaloo grabs the light and flies up and puts it on the hook, "to the left a bit." She follows his instruction, "ok pivot it to the right a flap... Perfect."

She lands then Big Mac smiles, "good work."

"There you are Scootaloo, your father has bought back a surprise for you."

Scootaloo smiles widly, "I gift. Oh boy! Catch ya Big Mac."

"Woah there, blind fold needed." Rainbow giggled and puts one on,
They continue out and she hears a few ponies shushing, "ok you can take it off now."

Scootaloo takes the blindfold off then she smiled even wider, "Milkweed! What are you doing here?"

Milkweed hugs her, "good news Iv been adopted!"

Scootaloo feels sad but smiles, "that's great, any siblings?"

Milkweed nods, "yes."

"Who?"

"You."

Scootaloo's eyes water, "you mean–"

Milkweed nods and hugs her again, "your my Big sister now."

They happily cry in each others arms and Everypony awes.

Soarin, Rainbow, Milkweed, and Scootaloo family hug then look up to see two shooting stars.

"Those stars mean two things."

Applebloom farrowed her brow, "what ya mean?"

Scootaloo puts a hoof over her an replies "two shooting stars means the celebration of two families, and also symbolises your parents still watch you."

Applebloom begins to cry a little and applejack comforts her, "She's right Sis, two torn families celebrating today. And for us it's to show ma and pa still watch us."

Big Mac wipes a tear away, "Big Mac? You ok?"

Big Mac wipes his tears, "I'm fine Applejack, it seems even though Scootaloo has a family now she has taken after our motto: family comes first."

That all have a huge group hug and watch Luna rise her moon.
