Diary of an 8th Grader

Medic

          Hi. So today was pretty interesting. First of all gym today. We're playing "Medic". I was looking around for a ball, since I didn't have one, that was on the ground. As I was doing that, BAM!! A ball smacked me straight on the right side of my face. It really did hurt. I covered my face and I tried my best to walk away from the game and I walked to the side of the gym. Ethan ran over to me. "Ariana! Are you okay??" I smiled and looked up, "Yeah." I laughed. "Are you sure?" "Yeah don't worry." I covered my face again, it still hurt. Jake B.  jogged over to me. "Oh my gosh. Are you alright?" He asked. "Yup." I laughed again. I heard Alexia scream, "Ariana!!! Ariana! Oh my gosh!!" She ran quickly to me. "I saw that! Girl! Are you okay??" Enrique walked up behind me. He put his hand on my shoulder. "Ariana! You good?" I uncovered my face and laughed again. I put my hand on my cheek. "Yeah don't worry, it just hit my face, that's all." I smiled brightly at all of them. They looked unsure. Later on, when we went to change, Alexia said, "I can't believe he hit you." "Who? Who hit me?" I asked because I didn't know. "Jake." She replied. "Oh." I said.
      In language, I sat outside the classroom with May, Rick, and Mike. We were recording our family description sentences. As that was going on, for some disgusting reason, Rick decided to fart x( while we were all recording. And I got that in my recording! It was so nasty. And since he thought it was funny, he did it a couple of times more! Omg I'm so glad it's over xD.
       Lastly, science. Mrs. Bore was talking about pressure, volume, temperature, gas molecules and all that good stuff. She blew up a balloon to show us the stuff about pressure. Later on, she says, with the balloon in her hands, "What would happen if the molecules were to spread out more? Maybe this would happen." Then all of a sudden, POP! She popped the balloon and everyone almost jumped out of their seats. Celia, who was sitting next to me, shrieked. I was dying of laughter! xD It was so funny. OMG funniest thing that happened today.
