something strange going on at the apple farm

red apples...green apples...NO APPLES?

one day applejack was bucking the apple trees. she was doing a great job. she got over 10 baskets full of apples.
"I wonder how many apple pies granny will be able to make with all of these apples..." applejack said.
after a couple more trees, applejack noticed something strange. she bucked an apple tree and only a couple apples fell into her basket. "huh?" Applejack said.
she counted the apples as she heard them hit the inside of the bucket.
"one...two...three...four...five...six..." She said.
how come no apples were falling into the basket?
"I know..."said applejack.
she bucked the tree as hard as she could.
two apples fell into her basket.
"huh? 8 apples? there should be way more apples than this...maybe big macintosh got this one. but why wouldent he start at the beginning?" wondered Applejack.
suddently Applejack heared familiar voices.
"hey! AJ!" It was RainbowDash and pinky, twilight, rairity, and fluttershy.
"hi..." Fluttershy whispered.
"wow...that's a lot of apples." Twilight said looking at all of the baskets of apples.
"well, there would be more apples if this tree had more than 8 apples." AppleJack said.
''only 8 apples, huh? let me take care of that!" RainbowDash said and zoomed on over to a tree.
RainbowDash bucked a tree as hard as she possibly could.
A whole bunch of apples fell ontop of her.
"there we go..."RainbowDash said from under all of the apples.
AppleJack rolled her eyes." its not that tree, RainbowDash...its this tree." AppleJack said.
she showed them all a big tree.
"ever think that somepony  else might of got that one?" asked Rairity
"Applebloom is to small... Grannysmith wouldn't be doi'n that, and big macintosh is indoors helpi'n grannysmith with something and this tree right here was full before he went in to help her." said AppleJack
"MAYBE SOMEPONY STOLE ALL OF THE APPLES BEHIND YOUR BACK!''pinkiepie suggested.
''please,pinky...i think i would notice if somepony took all of the apples...and why would they want to?'' asked AppleJack
"TO HAVE AN APPLE-THEMED PARTY...DUH!" replyed pinkiepie
''an apple-theme party?...yeah...pinky,i dont think so." said Rainbowdash
"well, I think that its a great idea...''said pinky
''maybe all the cute animals took them...they have an awfully large appetite...oh,they are so cute..." fluttershy half-whispered.
''OH MY GOODNESS!!! ITS LIKE A MYSTERY! I TOTALLY LOVE, LOVE, LOVE MYSTERYS!!! I CANT WAIT TO FIND OUT WHO  IT WAS!!'' pinky explained.
Pinky pulled out a trench coat and a fake mustache out of nowhere.
"uh...pinky...where did you get that?" Rainbowdash asked
"OH MY GOODNESS!,OH MY GOODNESS!, OH MY GOODNESS!, THAT IS ALSO A MYSTERY!!!'' pinky said
''oh, darling...you REALLY have NO taste for fashion!'' said Rairity
"you know...it doesn't really matter. its just one tree and we have hundreds of hundreds of them." said AppleJack.
"Awwww..."said pinkypie.
But the next day there was more trees with only very few apples.
"that is sort of REALLY strange!'' said RainbowDash.
Suddently they heard somepony and they heard apples fall to the ground.
then it stopped.
The 6 ponys heard crashing from in the barn.
"what was that?" asked Rairity
"I don't know" said Twilight
"lets go see who it is!" said Rainbowdash
