Japanese Rice Has Become Popular In America,And Is Staple And Esensual To Japan.Now It's Time For Sushi. Sushi Comes In Many Veriaties. One Of The Most Popular Is Norimaki. Norimaki Is Prepaired Easily By Covering Seafood In Sushi Rice And Then Rapping It Up In Dried Sushi. There Are Many Other Verieties Such As "Gunkan" Which Is Dried Seaweed With Sefood or Fish Eggs Inside.
And Now The Last Article For Food, Fruits! Fruits Eaten In Japan Include Japanese Fruits And Fruits Some People In America And Possibly England Eat Today, Such As Grapes, Cherries, Apples, Peaches, Strawberries, And Watermelons. Other Japanese Food Include

First Up The Ume (Which Is Often Translayed To Be The Japanese Word For Plum) Is A Japanese Type Of Plum. Although Similar To The Apricot The Ume Is Consitered A Plum Because Of Similarities To Plum Species. These Fruits Grow On Flowering Plum Trees Which Are Similar To Native Japanese Flowering Cherry Trees. These Are Rarely Eaten Raw, And Are Normally Cooked Into Umeboshi And Eaten Inside Of Japanese Rice Balls Called Onigiri.
Now We Have Sudachi. Sudachi Are Small Green Sour Lemon Like Citris Fruits. They Are Usually Squeezed Over Cooked Fish. Sudachi Have Been Around Since Early Japanese History. These Citris Fruits To The Yuzu Fruits Which I Will Cover Soon. Small Differances Include The Sudachi Being Pulpier, Smaller And Being Green Instead Of The Yuzu Which Is Yellow.

Finally We Have The Yuzu. The Yuzu Is A Citris Fruit Similar To The Sudachi But I've Already Described Simularities And Differances
Though They Are Sour, They Are Special. They Are Placed Into Hot Baths For Fragrance And Are Healthy For The Skin.
They Are Used As Seasoning And Their Rind Used For Garnish. Yuzu Were Brought To Japan From China. They Are Also In Season During Winter
