This guy (let's call him J) in my class has a huge (like HUGE) crush on my cousin, but he's in the same friend group as her ex (S). So his friends automatically hate her because they don't know J's crush on her. Most of the group is making fun of my cousin and baso she's had enough. She's getting her group of friends, me and my group of friends to all go to their group and baso get them to stop. Now, the thing is, I have a crush also who likes me back who is also in that group See More (C). To my knowledge he is the only one who knows about J's crush on my cousin and doesn't insult her. But we are all going to that group anyway to get them to stop. Idk what to do, this might make me look bad in front of the guy who I have a chance but I want to support my cousin. O.O WHAT DO I DO HERE?!

Okay, I need help. I seriously need help. Guys, I don't know if this will offend someone your or something, but if it does I'm sorry, but here it goes:
How do you know when your depressed? Or when something is wrong in that way? Over the last year I've been horribly down, the little things make me really really sad and I've never been like this before. It's things that are really stupid like: someone interrupting me when speaking or friends laughing when I do something stupid. See More I even cry with no reason to. I had this one month where I had to get home from school really quickly leaving my friends in the process because I didn't want anyone to see me cry or worry because my other friend is going through somehting and I dint want them to worry. I also had my first panic attack this year...I've had 3 so far up to now. Nearly had another today. I know I'm different and I don't but only now is reality hitting me that I will never fit in and after I get my grades in school I'll probably have no friends. I hate myself too. I have done for a while but it's getting worse. I don't cut or anything, but sometimes I feel the need to do something so I scratch my arm, or pinch my inner thigh or something like that. Is this serious? Am I just being stupid? I really need to know. I have stages when I'm happy, yes, but when I'm alone I'm nearly always sad and sometimes with friends I feel like a am alone. Help please, I need advice in what's going on

Then again your problem is you are either feeling like alone and abandoned you're just in this room where you can't find anyone.Your family most likely had depression but like people say"Life is way too short to spend a war with yourself" Who am I kidding no ones says that...But hopefully, this helped just know I'm going through what you're going through.You're See More not alone.You have people that care and love for you.

Ok, I have the same problem ...But you need to have people that maybe can calm you down.Have you tried talking to someone and "letting the cats out of the bag" That kinda worked on me but that doesn't mean it won't work for you.Just know your not alone even if it seems that everyone is leaving you...you still have friends sometimes you might not even know they're See More your friend.You never know what happens in the future so keep your hopes up!I have a friend that's like that.She had a panic attack during class and she had to go to the hospital...she was fine afterward but she still is depressed .......I tell her to focus her mind on other things before it turns into suicidal attempts. Like my big brother had to get LOCKED in the hospital.He hates me but he loves me.And so does my mom
