Hey, this is kind of a dark question, but what do you class as self harm??
Self harm? To me, I classify it as anything that consists of the user purposely causing harm to themself. Hence the word self-harm. This would notmally be physical such as cutting yourself, but I also believe it can be classified as causing yourself mental or emotional harm with the intention of hurting yourself such as starving yourself.
