Pressure points, preferably the ones on your wrists and hands. The one that helps me sleep is on my wrist, it helps relax your body, though, in doing so it will calm your heart and mind preparing you to fall asleep. Though do use with caution, some people have had their body relaxing faster than their mind is slowing down, making the user panic due to a neural impulse that is telling the brain that something is wrong When there might not be.
Though it's nothing dangerous or serious See More it's just something that may scare people.

Reading before bed is a good thing as ur eyes can get tired easily and everything is turning down 2 the end of the day, also surround yourself with the dark as much as possible 2 help u sleep with no light distracting u. Like some other people are saying, listening 2 calming music that interests u is great as well since u won't get distracted with any disturbing sounds.

Here are some tips that work for me...........
1. Yawn, even if its a forced one it will tell the rest of your body that you are ready to go to sleep.
2. Find a comfortable position in your bed or chair or where-ever and then start breathing in..........out........in..........out, this will slow your heart rate down and help calm your body so it relaxes.
3. Wear socks, the warmth they have will keep your feet from getting cold and keeping you awake.
4. Try not to think of things See More that are going on, instead think of peaceful things.
5. Play some music (if you can) preferably music without lyrics, classical music is recommended.
6. If you find yourself blinking to try and stay awake, then trying to keep your eyes open can actually cause you to fall asleep.
Hope this helps you!
