Do your own thing I guess?
As you can see *shows follower count*....I have no idea how to add to that.... I doubt it'll move any further...
BUT If you create something amazing on Qfeast, and people want more, they may follow you....

Be nice to people, post on people's walls, post things people can relate to. Show that you care. That will definitely get you noticed. Or you could just try following a bunch of people and hope for the best
