Any not-so-popular book/series? I know about Divergent, Hunger Games, Selection, etc., but I'd like an interesting, well-written series or book. Any ideas?

Maybe if you try The Mortal Instruments, or Witch and Wizard.
The Mortal Instruments is by Cassandra Clare, and Witch and Wizard is by James Patterson.

Oooh, I got one!
I heard Rick Riordan has other series that uses mythology too.
The Kane Chronicles, and Magnus Chase.
Kane Chronicles are the Gods of Egypt, and Magnus Chase is the Gods of Norse Mythology (but I SWEAR if they say Loki...)

I know this sounds lame but the Wizard of Oz books cuz they're written really well and there are 14 altogether so you can read as many or as little as you like! Also it is fantasy and imagination so anything can happen!

I'll list a few of my favorites...
The Help by Kathryn Stockett (even though it has something to do about the Civil rights movement, it is a really interesting piece of historical fiction- so good, in fact, I hardly even thought about the time period it was set in. This book has realistic, likable characters, interesting plot line, and it touches on key points and morals that get you thinking)
The Stand and The Death Zone by Steven King (while the latter has a terrible name, it See More is an interesting book. The former might be long and a bit dry in the first few chapters, but it also touches on some important morals with a complex but amazing story line)
Wayward Pines Series by Blake Crouch (my all-time favorite series!! It consists of three books- Pines, Wayward, and The Last Town. I can't say anymore without giving anything away... but the plot is so unpredictable and amazing... If someone has to read a "dystopian" book, this series is the best way to go. I even dislike dystopian society-based books)
Hotel on the Corner of Bitter and Sweet by Jamie Ford (I haven't exactly read it, but I've read little snippets. My mom has completed it and says it was an amazing book- and from what I've read so far I agree)

No problem!
Also, I remembered the Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants. That series is really interesting with relatable characters.
And another good book is The Green Glass Sea. It's a bit dry, also a historical fiction, but the ending made the books worth it to me. I've heard there is a sequel, but I haven't read it.

Anything by Mary Downing Hahn. I believe that is her name...
I've looked at it. She mostly writes in the horror genre, and that's not really my thing.
