When your parents are fighting are you the person to sit their trying not to cry Or are you the person who finds solutions? I’m not trying to get in others business but I want to hear what you do so I can try, I’ve tried drowning that obviously didn’t work listening to music doesn’t work either so I’m interested to see what you guys do.

My parents fought all the time until when I was 2 years old they divorced and my dad got kicked out and he took my older sister, I haven't seen them since then, but I didn't understand the situation so just went to my room.

Neither, Im the person who listens to it, gets mad, and then tries not to show it... I've learned crying doesn't solve anything for me and adults wont listen to their kids. And my way doesnt work either, i suggest you find your own way around it
