I'm worried about me not drinking milk Ok so I hate white milk. I think it tastes bad. Anyway, I know that it's a great muscle builder. I want and need more muscle, but how can I get that from never drinking milk?

as long as you get your dairy in some other form, it's ok not to drink milk

I don't drink milk, I do eat yogurt, cheese, ice cream, and other calcium rich foods. The protein can be earned through meats, beans, and nuts.

Calcium and Vitamin D (very important) in milk are for bone strength and development. It's the protein in milk that builds muscle. You can get protein in lean meats, poultry, eggs, fish, beans, nuts, and other dairy products that you may find more appetizing. A protein shake and exercise also never hurt. Just remember to be healthy and keep a steady pace with the muscle building. Whatever goal you wish to accomplish, good luck!

Son trust me if you don't drink milk your bones are gonna go to crap and you're not going to live very long. Your bones will start to decompose quickly, so you have to get some sort of calcium. Drink Almond milk or soy milk B )

Well I have muscle and I don't drink milk well that's probably cause I do pullups every day and I have a lil fat

I DEFINITELY agree that white milk tastes yucky, but how about drinking chocolate milk? :3
That's just unhealthy and my BFF told me that u need to drink white milk to build muscle. She drinks that and she has so much arm muscle for a girl
Oh....How about drink milk, like at least one quick gulp, and then quickly eat something just to get the taste out?

Just eat stuff that have milk or eat that calcium stuff that's yucky. Also just work out and stuff, muscles aren't exactly made by milk
