What do you think about an egoistic person with low self esteem? sounds crazy as they're opposite, but I actually think i am . Do you think it's possible?

people with big egos generally have low self-esteem. they hide behind a wall of self-confidence so they don't get hurt later.

Well I honestly don’t mind them,
While they may get on other people nerves I could really care less.
If that’s the way they wish to carry themselves so be it.
You can’t change anyone after all.
