Most of the time, yelling is unnecessary. The only times I can think of when it would be appropriate is if you are trying to get someone's attention from far away or if you get excited with friends and you are outside. Any situation near those make sense. But if you are in a classroom or are angry at someone, those are not the times to yell.

I see a counselor at school, and it's better. I still roast people. I think other then yelling, I'm very violent. I have kicked two people in 5th grade so far.

When someone makes you angry, I would suggest literally just walking away. I know it is hard but it is the best way to not get mixed up in trouble.

Oooh lord. If you knew me at all, yelling is the only answer when I'm angry at someone.

To this day there is a paper on the inside of one of the kitchen cabinets with 'house rules' as the title, literally listing things I did as things to not do. I still have my problems today, but yelling is not one of them; this helps people actually listen to me (which is what I wanted).

Maybe you need to see a counselor so that you can learn some techniques to expressing your anger in a healthier manner. Most people do not respond well to angry yelling because it feels like the person yelling is not listening to the other side, even if they are. You can sound annoyed but yelling is too much. I do not know if you are thinking that I know nothing See More about this so my opinion is invalid, but I actually used to have problems with yelling myself. Sometimes I question my sanity because I have very odd behaviors which have changed over time but have always been and still are abnormal. Anyway, when I was a kid, I got in trouble a lot because I was always being sassy. I literally have no idea why. But getting in trouble all the time and not understanding what I did wrong made me an angry person and I would always yell at my parents and slam doors and stuff to get their attention (it never worked--they just got angrier at me).
