Do you think they meant to do this? (Question in description because of spoilers.) Amazing Spider-man 2 question! When Gwen dies, I noticed the clock stops on four, a very unlucky number in Japan because it sounds like their word for death. Do you think the filmmakers meant to do this, or they didn't care?

I never actually watched the movie, but if the settings and/or characters have some connect with Japan or Japanese culture, it is very likely.

I think it's in chinese not in japanese.
I did a bit of research, and it's both! Artemis fowl says Chinese, but I was confused because of another book I read. So I just looked ti up, and it turns out it's the same thing in bot cultures.:D

It could have been a possible reason, but it doesn't exactly mean anything. It's could just be like Disney easter eggs where it is just fun to find them :)
